We are pleased to announce that a new version of the “cluetec Audit Platform 2026.03-2” has been released on Mar. 26, 2026!

New features and improvements

  • [MQP-4689] Audit Program Planning In the audit program planning module, audits – including their overall reports – have been given a status. The following statuses have been introduced: Open, Planned, In progress, Concluded. The Concluded status, for example, is only achieved when the lead auditor manually closes the overall report. Concluded audits can no longer be edited.

  • [MQP-5192] Audit Program Planning Customer-specific labels can now be added in audit program planning. This expands the configuration options available to audit managers and lead auditors as needed.

  • [MQP-5440] Audit Program Planning Agenda items can now also be created directly from the audit view.

  • [MQP-5442] Audit Program Planning In the agenda items of the audit program planning, auditors an co-auditors can now be selected independently of the actual audit. This allows for simpler and more flexible agenda planning.

  • [MQP-5108] Audit Report The AI-generated audit summary can now be edited manually. This is only possible as long as the report has not yet been concluded.

  • [MQP-5364] Checklist Some data recorded by the auditor for customer-specific checklists / criteria types were previously not available in the analytics data. This data is now also available in the analytics data if required and can therefore be used in reports (Power BI or BI Connector).

  • [MQP-5162] General The text on the web portal, in the app and in Audit Online has been harmonised and improved to create a more consistent user experience. For example, the terms survey and chapter in the app and in Audit Online have been updated to audit and element respectively. This means that in future, the menu will refer to Cancel audit or Reset element instead of Cancel survey or Cancel chapter. Please note: The changes are now being rolled out to the system step by step; the app updates in particular will only be available in a future release. Some of the changes mentioned before will also only become available once a checklist has been published.

Bug fixes

  • [MQP-5467] iOS App Ad-hoc audits created directly within the app were temporary not started instantly. With this bugfix, the audits are again started directly after creation.
  • [MQP-5475] iOS App Since the new profile feature became available in the iOS app v26.0.2, QR code settings have not been applied correctly. This has only affected users who had newly installed the app with versions 26.0.2 through 26.0.6 inclusive and who had selected the QR code configuration. All other users are not affected by this. Please update to the latest iOS app v26.0.7 or higher.
    If you are one of the affected users, in the simplest case, reconfiguring the QR code will solve the problem. However, if you are also experiencing app crashes or other serious errors, the only solution is to set up a new profile or reinstall the app.
